IVCA Time Trial League.
The first event, TTL-01, kicks off the season at Black Bull Tuesday 23rd April.
Sign on from 1800 hrs at the usual parking area. First man off 1915.
Don’t forget, rear lights mandatory in evening time trials and indeed recommended at all times anyway.
New members please see the Guidelines for IVCA time trialling on the website.

Race Season Kicks Off – Dunsany – Sunday 24th March
Good morning all.
The 2019 IVCA racing season roles out from Dunsany GAA club from 9.00am tomorrow morning.
It is the usual Green sheds circuit.
Marshals should arrive before 8.30am for briefing and inform us of any swaps.

Please ensure your bike and equipment are in good working order and your transponder is attached to your front fork. Back number and frame number must be visible.
This is the first time for us to use transponders so hopefully it will run smoothly, we will use photo finish as usual also.

Final Chance to Attend IVCA Safety Breifing
To any Members who did not attend the safety briefings, there is one final opportunity on Thursday evening at 8.00pm in the Graduate Lounge in Killiney.
Mick Davis our Chairman will give the talk.
I advise all those who missed the first 3 briefings to attend.

For Racing members who have not attended any of the previous briefings last weekend, please note that the final safety briefing will take place at the Springfield hotel in the Sarsfield room at 2.30pm sharp on Sunday next 10th March.

IVCA Race Safety Briefing: Parking/Entrance Arrangements at Springfield Hotel: 2nd/3rd March 2019
With regard to the Race Safety Briefing that takes place Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd March, please note that the Race Committee have been advised by the Springfield Hotel that renovations are ongoing at the moment.
In this regard, could all members please park in the underground car park and use the function room entrance (as the main entrance is currently closed).

IVCA Race Safety Briefing: All Racing Members’ Attendance Required: 2nd/3rd March 2019
The Race Committee has been busily working away over the last number of weeks to put together a full programme of racing events for 2019.
As has been the case for the last number of years, we will be holding a Race Safety Briefing Day for all racing members where race safety protocols will be presented, as well as the opportunity to collect numbers, and membership cards, and information on the race calendar and marshalling rosters will be available also.
The Safety Briefing will take place on:
Saturday 2nd March, in the Springfield Hotel, Leixlip, Co. Kildare, at 2.30 pm.
and
Sunday 3rd March, in the Springfield Hotel, Leixlip, Co. Kildare, at 2.30 pm.
All racing members must attend one of the above.
Race numbers can only be collected at this event. They will not under any circumstances be distributed on the morning of the first race.
The Race Committee would be grateful if you could please make your fellow race members aware of this event.
