Gay Farnan Memorial Tour – Sunday September 26th
The IVCA Leisure League are delighted to announce the Gay Farnan Memorial Tour on Sunday September 26th from the Grasshopper Pub car park in Clonee Co. Meath at 10.00am sharp.
Gay was a founding member of the leisure league and worked tirelessly for the league during his time as Leisure League coordinator, until his untimely death in 2017. He is greatly missed by all in the IVCA.
There will be two routes available on the day – a 75km Route & a 42km route ( Maps will be added here soon) . Both routes will be marshalled by an IVCA Leisure League rider. There will be a tea stop for both routes.
Parking will be available in the Grasshopper Pub car park and in the LIDL in Clonee.
ALL participants are required to register for the event using the below link to the Cycling Ireland (CI) website. For those participants that have a CI licence participation in the event is free. For those riders who do not have a CI licence they will be required to purchase a one day leisure licence when they register. This will cost €10.00 and will cover them for insurance on the day.
